Who we are

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The shop is Strange Pastures, Cary, North Carolina. You can reach us at hello@strangepastures.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. North Carolina sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and shipping is shown in the cart. An order is accepted when we send you the confirmation email. If a card runs out or a price is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

You pay through Stripe. You are charged when you place the order.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Ship and delivery times are on our Shipping and returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery, but if a card is lost or damaged we replace it free.

Returns and refunds

Unused cards can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the card price. If a card arrives bent or damaged, or never shows up, email us and we’ll send a new one free. The details are on the Shipping and returns page.

Our designs

All cards, art and words are © Strange Pastures. Buying a card lets you give it and enjoy it. It doesn’t give you the right to copy the design, resell copies or use it commercially.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse our forms or try to break the site.

Liability

The site and cards are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by North Carolina law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
